Dr. Dhriti Sundar Ghosh
Dr. Dhriti Sundar Ghosh currently works in the Department of Physics at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bhilai as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Ghosh received his PhD from ICFO- The Institute of Photonic Sciences, Barcelona, Spain working with Prof. Valerio Pruneri. He continued in the same group for his first postdoctoral stay and then joined IAPP- Dresden Integrated Center for Applied Physics and Photonic Materials, Dresden, Germany as a Beatriu de Pinos (BdP) Fellow. At IAPP, he was working with Prof. Karl Leo. Prior to joining IIT Bhilai, he was working as a Ramanujan Fellow at National Physical Laboratory (NPL), New Delhi.
Dr. Ghosh mainly works in the field of thin films and interfaces with particular focus on their fundamental growth properties and tailoring them for application in energy-efficient devices such as organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), transistors and photovoltaic devices- mainly organic and perovskite solar cells.
